Check-in & Safety
We are working hard to create a safe, age-appropriate environment where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way so that families are empowered to take their next steps with Jesus! Or Check in is located on the side entrance of our building. You will see the bright flag to help guide you to the door.
We take the safety of your child very seriously! Every adult in our classrooms has been carefully trained and has a current background check on file. The claim check ticket you receive at check-in is unique to your family and provides extra security at pickup.

We believe every child has a next step with Jesus. Every step matters. We design Kids at the Shores to help children learn about Jesus on their level with age appropriate rooms and curriculum.
From the minute your child enters one of our ministry environments until they leave, we will point them to Jesus through the teaching of God’s Word.
We know children learn the best in safe and secure environments. We also know parents can relax and receive when they know their children are safe. We make your child’s safety our top priority. All Kids at the Shores volunteers pass a background check to ensure your child is with loving and trustworthy volunteers.
We believe children spiritually thrive when they have caring adults that consistently invest in them. We work hard to have trained adults investing into your children in consistent small group environments each week.
We believe parents are the most important spiritual leader for your child. We want to provide resources to empower parents to succeed. We are here for parents as they lead their child to take their next step with Jesus
NURSERY (BABIES & TODDLERS)
We invest in the needs of every age group, including our youngest members. While parents enjoy the adult services, they can rest assured their babies are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment. Our trained nursery staff creates a positive church experience for children 8 weeks through 2 years of age.
We encourage parents to bring a diaper bag with a change of clothes and a bottle or spill proof cup both labeled with your child’s name.
PRESCHOOL (3- 5 YEARS OLD)
In our preschool class, we introduce little ones to the wonder and Word of God through age specific lessons, fun animation, and interactive activities to help them discover who Jesus is. Our Sunday morning experience is designed especially for children ages 3 through 5, and presents the Bible to your kiddo in a way they can understand and remember.
ELEMENTARY (KINDERGARTEN - 5TH GRADE)
At Shores Kids , children find a place they can have fun and belong while learning to see that the gospel is not just the first four books of the New Testament. Using "The Gospel Project for Kids," our leaders strive to partner with parents in showing Kindergarteners through 5th graders that the entire Bible points to God’s redemptive plan through Jesus. Each week, children experience large group worship as well as small group connection times that help see that each weekly Bible story is clearly connected with the gospel.
